Abstract. The article presents the results of a study of the development paths of terrestrial SDR broadcasting technology in the DVB-T2 standard. The scheme of the SDR multiplex formatter with a BER processing device in the return channel is given. A methodology for optimizing SDR equipment on the GNU Radio platform using the GNN artificial intelligence architecture based on GNU Radio flow diagrams is proposed. The main stages of GNN application are presented. An algorithm for training an artificial neural network is provided. The example of training using the SDR transmitter flow diagram demonstrates the concept of training artificial neural networks (ANN). It is noted that the real implementation of the ANN training process is much more complex, and it will require a deep understanding of both the operation of SDR equipment and machine learning. It is emphasized that the ultimate goal of the research is to ensure the competitive advantages of regional SFN networks in the Russian and global markets.

Abstract. In this paper, we investigate the possibility of using an atmospheric optical channel for communication with an unmanned aerial vehicle. We consider the features of turbulence occurrence in the ground layer of the troposphere, in which the terminals of the atmospheric line of communication systems are located. We describe the methodology and the experimental stand. The main optical, polarization and network parameters were measured in the experiment in the presence of disturbance sources in the atmospheric optical segment. The results of the experimental study of the influence of turbulence on the atmospheric channel of the communication system showed a significant influence of turbulence, which must be taken into account when designing communication systems.

Abstract. The article suggests an alternative series of preferred values for passive electronic elements in the circuits of electronic equipment and electrical engineering, which, in comparison with the current series of preferred values, allows for the equivalent replacement of any nominal element by two elements with other nominal values. The resulting effect of interchangeability of elements in the series of preferred values for passive electronic elements contributes to an increase in the maintainability of telecommunication products, and in the future, it is more effective to solve the problem of import substitution in radio electronics and electrical engineering.

Abstract. A method and device for suppressing interference from third-party radio stations based on a digital filter bank have been developed. Analytical and experimental results of a study of the noise immunity of broadband signal reception with the participation of a narrowband interference rejector and with the help of the proposed device for combating narrowband interference based on a bank of digital filters are presented. The results were obtained as a result of analytical calculations and experimental studies. Within the framework of experimental studies, a comparison of the two specified options for signal reception is carried out using statistical modeling and processing of a real broadband signal from the air.

Abstract. To reduce network delays and packet losses during FPV control of unmanned aircraft systems via packet data networks, it is necessary to ensure a high degree of compression of video stream frames. For this purpose, an approach based on the use of variational autoencoders and subsequent quantization and compression of video stream frames in the internal latent feature space of the neural network is actively used. This paper presents the development of this approach, which consists in masking a binary sequence obtained from the values of the latent feature space of the neural network autoencoder. In the second part of the paper, the masked value recovery models (NNBSR, SNNBSR-M, SNNBSR-F, LgRPM, LnRPM) are trained, and experiments are performed on the masking neural network codec.

Abstract. The article considers an approach to attenuation of radio interference affecting the input path of a radio receiver by extracting a useful signal using antenna arrays. This approach makes it possible to extract useful signals from a set of interfering interferences of a common channel using only the known properties of these useful signals, i.e. without using prior knowledge about the content or direction of arrival of the transmitted useful signal and interference.
Keywords: linear antenna arrays, beamforming by antenna arrays, signal processing by antenna arrays, interference suppression, multipath channels.

Abstract. This article presents an enhanced encryption of images based on a combination of cryptographic methods – ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) and AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) – along with using three different types of space-filling curves: Morton curve mapping, zigzag scanning, and Hilbert curve. These methods ensure effective protection and processing of images, maintaining their confidentiality and integrity during transmission and storage. The article thoroughly examines each encryption method and mapping approach, explaining their principles and advantages in the context of image protection. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ECC and AES combination with different space-filling curves in encrypting and decrypting images.
